MBF-1300 PUR Hot Glue Wrapping Machine

This machine can paste decorative materials like wooden veneer, impregnating varnish paper and pvc film on flat surface as well as surface, side face and underside of materials in stripes for perfect decorative effect.

1. Its body structure shall be welded with square steel and steel plates that are in conformity with GB and processed by milling planer in high precision. Main body is processed by blast sanding for rust removal. Frame of machine is prepainted and guard plate processed by plastic spraying.

2. Drive system shall works through worm gear, transfer shaft diameter D40mm, gap distance 250mm, every shaft contains 9 wheels wih diameter 200mm, silica gel applied on surface of wheels,adhering to rollers with diameter Φ200mm located under main rollers.
